Victoria has enjoyed many forms of creative crafts from an early age. Setting up Hugo and Lily’s with her daughter, Rosie, was a dream come true and has enabled her to utilise the skills she has developed over many years, including her people skills when selling at craft fairs. She is proud of the fact that sustainability and environmentalism is considered in every aspect of producing and selling beautiful and useful homewares and gifts.

Having graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2021 with a degree in Design Crafts, specialising in jewellery, Rosie is the creative driving force behind many of our products and spends a lot of her time at her jewellery bench creating unique silver jewellery, which you can find available on our website.

Our Meet the Team page wouldn't be complete without the pooches who inspired the name. Half brother and sister, Hugo and Lily are both Tibetan Terrier crossed with Miniature Poodle and are now 11 and 10 years old respectively. When they're not following us around the workshop they enjoy long walks in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
