Can I order more than one of the same design? |
All are items are individually handmade from repurposed materials, so it may not be possible to duplicate items. Please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page to discuss your needs. |
Can I order bespoke items? |
Yes, we are happy to discuss any ideas you have for bespoke or personalised items. It may take a little longer to despatch than normal, but we would be happy to hear from you via our Contact Us page. |
What are your delivery charges? |
Delivery charges depend on the destination, please see our Delivery Page for full details. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the UK at present. We currently offer FREE delivery on all orders of £50 or more. |
Will I get shipping confirmation? |
Yes, once your order has been shipped we will send you and email. |
How do I track my order? |
We will supply tracking information with you shipping confirmation email. |
My order didn't arrive when it was supposed to, what do I do? |
If you haven't received your order, please allow ten working days to contact us. Please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page. |
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it? |
Once payment has been made you cannot change your order through the website. However, provided the order hasn't been despatched, we would recommend that you contact us via our Contact Us page and if it is possible for us to help, we will. |
I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do? |
If your item is missing, faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us via our Contact Us page and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a refund (we may require photos in this instance). |
I have changed my mind about an item, can I return it? |
If you change your mind, your item should be returned to us in its original packaging within 14 working days. A full refund will be issued, but return postage is not covered. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details. |
What materials are used in your products and where do you source them? |
In an effort to be as sustainable as possible, we make every effort to use repurposed or recycled materials. Most of our materials are sourced from local auctions and anything not from the auction is sourced from reputable businesses. The materials used for each item is listed under the product description. |
